Wound healing and tissue engineering
The Bioprinting Laboratory develops injectable granular hydrogels that combine extracellular-matrix mimicry with microporosity for skin tissue engineering. A DBT grant funds an automated spray device for autologous cell-grafted bioscaffolds. In vitiligo skin, miR-21-5p delays wound healing by regulating PDCD4 and Maspin.
